Your role
As an aftermarket project planner, you will play a central role in the interface between development, purchasing, project management and production within our organization in order to deliver our aftermarket projects.
Your primary responsibility revolves around monitoring and planning of purchases, manufacturing processes and inventory in alignment with project schedules.
Your key activities may include:
Ensure material supply to customers
Project and stakeholder communication
Obsolescence management and administration
Change order management
Dimensioning and maintenance of the spare part warehouse
Planning of repair orders
Capacity planning
Stock-taking management
Support in cost estimations/spare part quotation activities
Your profile
We are looking for you who are positive, thrives as a team player, adapt a structured and systematized way of working and have a strong personal drive.
Additional qualifications that would set you apart include:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management etc
Experience in aftermarket, production and/or material planning
Organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge about IFS or other Manufacturing Planning Systems (MPS)
Skills for collaboration and enjoy working in an environment with many different contacts and from time-to-time tight deadlines
Knowledge and experience about our products or from the defence industry
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
